These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Joli Veterinary Center website and the purchase of products and services from us. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms.

About us

Joli Veterinary Center operates a pet-supplies online shop, grooming salons and veterinary clinics in Yerevan, Armenia. Contact details are on our Contacts page and at the bottom of this page.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.

Orders and prices

All prices are shown in Armenian drams (֏) and include applicable taxes. Product availability and prices may change. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price is clearly incorrect — and will refund any amount already paid.

Payment

Orders are currently paid by cash on delivery: you pay when your order is handed to you. We will confirm your order by phone before delivery.

Delivery

We deliver across Armenia. Delivery areas, fees and estimated times are shown at checkout and may be updated by us. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or by agreement.

Appointments

Grooming and clinic appointments are subject to availability. Please arrive on time and let us know in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Product information

We try to describe products and services accurately, but images and descriptions are for general guidance. Product information is not veterinary advice; consult our clinic for your pet’s specific needs.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Joli or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Armenian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Armenia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its update date, is always available on this page.
